Who we are

The AI Growth Clinic is the trading name of AI Growth Clinic Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17509042. Registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

For anything about your data, email hello@aigrowthclinic.com. Dr Andrew Greenland is responsible for data protection.

What we collect

• Snapshot and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your clinic’s name and website, type of practice, main service and the town your patients search in. If you arrived from an advert, we also record which campaign and advert brought you.
• Discovery call bookings: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us when booking.
• Emails and calls: what you send us, and our notes of calls.
• Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit and how you found the site. See the cookies page. To show prices in your currency, your browser asks a location service which country your IP address is in. We do not store the result.
• Clients: contact and billing details, and the business information needed to do the work.

We do not ask for, and do not need, any information about your patients.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and email system, which stores enquiries and sends Snapshot emails.
• FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Calendly, for booking discovery calls.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• ipapi, which looks up the country of your IP address to choose a currency.
• OpenAI and Perplexity, which answer the instant check on the Snapshot page. We send them only your clinic’s name, website, town and service, never your name or contact details.

To prepare a Snapshot we also ask public AI assistants questions about clinics in your area. Those questions contain business information, not personal information about you.

We never sell personal information. We will share it with others only if the law requires us to.

Transfers outside the UK

Several of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal information leaves the UK, we rely on the UK’s adequacy regulations, including the UK-US data bridge, or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so it stays protected.

How long we keep it

• Snapshot requests and enquiries that do not lead to work: two years from our last contact, then deleted.
• Client records: six years after the end of the work, to meet tax and accounting rules.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, the maximum our Google Analytics account allows.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, including by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in any email. Email hello@aigrowthclinic.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if how we use personal information changes, and change the date at the top.
